1. Introduction

Welcome to esimisraeli.us. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review the terms carefully before using our website or services.

2. Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

  • “Customer” refers to any person or entity purchasing or using our services.
  • “eSIM” means a digital SIM card that allows a device to access the mobile network without a physical SIM card.
  • “SIM Card” refers to a physical chip card containing a phone number, enabling access to the network.
  • “Roaming” allows the use of phone services outside of the home country.
  • “Customer Literature” encompasses all printed and online documents published by Prepaid SIM Card Israel, detailing information about SIM cards and services.
  • “Services” include all offerings, such as data, voice, messaging, and roaming services.

3. Changes to Plans and Rates

Our plans and rates are subject to change as we are a reseller and not affiliated with any specific provider. All current charges and rates are listed on our website. Customers must address billing errors directly with the respective service provider.

4. Responsibilities of customers

When purchasing a prepaid Israeli eSIM/SIM card, the customer agrees that his phone is compatible with the SIM card he buys on our website, and his phone is not blocked for that SIM card. To be sure of this, it is best for the customer to contact the manufacturer or seller of their phone.

When customers recharge their SIM card with an Israeli phone number on our website, it means they confirm that their SIM card is prepaid, valid, and can be reloaded.

The validity of prepaid SIM cards in Israel depends entirely on the operator, and is as follows:

  • HOT Mobile – 24 months after the last use;
  • Selcom – 24 months after the last use;
  • Pelephon – 24 months after the last use;
  • Partner – 24 months after the last use;
  • Golan Telecom – 12 months after the last use;
  • 012 Mobile – 12 months after the last use;
  • Rami Levi Mobile – 12 months after the last use;
  • SKY Call – 12 months after the last use;
  • 019 Mobile – 6 months after the last use;

5. Provision of Services

  • We facilitate online recharges for various Israeli cellular providers but cannot guarantee service strength or quality.
  • Service availability may be affected by factors such as weather, radio interference, and maintenance activities.
  • Service disruptions may occur due to necessary upgrades, maintenance, or legal directives.
  • Roaming services depend on the performance of foreign networks, over which we have no control.

6. Detailed Sub-clause for Terms of Use and Order Cancellations and Refunds

Non-Refundable eSIM Purchases:

  1. Non-Cancellation and Non-Refundable Policy: All sales of eSIM cards are final. Once an eSIM card order has been processed and the activation completed, including the dispatch of the QR code to the customer’s provided email address, no cancellations or refunds will be entertained. This policy is strictly enforced due to the following reasons:
    • Digital Product Nature: eSIM cards are digital goods. Upon activation and delivery of the QR code, the product is considered used, and ownership is transferred to the customer. As such, it cannot be returned or reused.
    • Irreversible Activation: The activation of an eSIM card is a one-time process that incurs costs and resource allocation on our part. Once activated, it is linked to a specific device and user account, rendering it non-transferable and non-reversible.
    • Immediate Service Utilization: Upon receipt of the QR code, customers gain immediate access to our network services, including data, voice, and messaging. This instant access prevents the possibility of a refund, as the services have already been utilized.
    • Fraud Prevention: Allowing cancellations or refunds after activation could lead to potential misuse, including temporary use of the services followed by a refund request, leading to financial and operational losses.
  2. Acknowledgment and Agreement: By purchasing an eSIM card from our platform, the customer explicitly acknowledges and agrees to these terms. The customer accepts that once the QR code has been sent, the purchase is final, and no refund requests will be processed under any circumstances.
  3. Chargeback Disputes: In the event of a chargeback dispute with a financial institution, this policy will be provided as evidence of the customer’s acknowledgment and agreement to the non-refundable nature of the eSIM purchase. The clear communication of this policy at the point of sale and during the purchase confirmation process is designed to protect against chargeback claims.
  4. Policy Visibility: This non-cancellation and non-refund policy is prominently displayed on our website during the checkout process and in the terms of use, ensuring that customers are fully informed before making a purchase.

By including this detailed sub-clause, we aim to ensure transparency and protect our business interests while maintaining a fair and clear policy for our customers.

7. TOPUP Cancellation / Refunds

  • ID Verification: Customers may be required to provide ID and a confirmation video to prevent fraud. Declining verification results in a refund minus a $4.99 order maintenance fee.
  • Incorrect Entries: Top-up cancellations due to incorrect phone numbers or non-prepaid numbers incur a $4.99 fee.
  • Delivery Misunderstandings: Cancellations due to misunderstanding delivery methods also incur a $4.99 fee.
  • Refund Conditions: Refunds are available if the top-up plan has not been activated. If activated, refunds are possible within the first 24 hours, subject to a $4.99 cancellation fee.

8. SIM CARD Refunds / Returns

  • Refunds are available for unactivated plans. If activated, refunds are possible within the first 24 hours with an $4.99 cancellation fee.
  • Expiration: SIM cards and associated phone numbers expire if unused for 6 months to 2 years, depending on the operator (explained in detail in point 4 of this document). Balance is valid for one year, with six months to reclaim expired credit after recharging.

9. Customs, Duties & Taxes for Prepaid Online Shipments Outside Israel

  • Customers must ensure products can be legally imported into their country and are responsible for any customs duties and taxes.

10. Auto Top-Up Terms & Conditions

  • Service Description: We offer automatic top-up services for various Israeli cellular providers, with transfers typically completed within 30 minutes.
  • Service Suspension: We may suspend services for repairs, maintenance, or legal directives and will restore them as quickly as possible.
  • Unlawful Use: Accounts may be suspended for suspected fraudulent or unlawful activities to protect against unwanted charges. Verification will be required to restore service.
  • No Exchange, Transfer, or Refundcredits are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable.

12. Identety Verification

When purchasing on Prepaid SIM Card Israel website, you may be asked to provide identification such as a photo of your ID and a video confirming your order. This is done to prevent fraud. The cases when this happens are usually as follows:

  • The payment was completed using a non-3D secure payment method.
  • There has been an excessive number of orders from the same individual within a month.
  • Prepaid Sim Card Israel has the right to require identity verification if it suspects a fraudulent order to prevent any potential losses to the company.

Provision of Services

We are a third-party reseller who helps customers of all Israeli cellular companies to be able to make recharges online sinse 2001. The strength of the cellular company’s signal is not our competence and we can not guarantee anything.

We are always focused on offering the best possible services on the market. However, there are situations where the services may have a limited availability and different quality. Things like weather conditions and radio interference may disrupt or limit our service availability. While we try to keep these things under control, there are some situations when they may not end up being as fast good as you would like. Also, the service quality will vary below the ground or inside buildings. On top of that, the services can be damaged at times, or they may not be available due to upgrades or maintenance. Things like this will appear, so you have to adapt to the situation.

Plus, there are situations when the services and the network may require some changes. In this situation, the service will need to be unavailable. We will do all in our power to maintain these outages to a minimum. But they can happen, sometimes they will not be avoidable.

Also, there may be times when we have to suspend the services without any notice. This can also happen in cases when you are breaching some or even one of the contract terms. Roaming will focus on the foreign network performance, and we do not have control over that. That’s why we can’t guarantee the performance of roaming services.

Every rate listed here can be changed, the same thing can happen with the coverage as well.

The Israeli SIM card, as well as the account and phone number,  will expire if you don’t use it anywhere from 6 months to 2 years. You will need to perform calls, do any data usage or send SMSs.

The balance found on your card will be valid solely for a year. In case the credit expired, you have 6 months to reclaim it. But if the balance expired, you will have to use it after you recharge your SIM!

Ownership of Personal Extra Numbers

As a SIM card owner, you are managing your calls. Also, you can register your SIM under your name. This will help you avoid any losses, in fact this way you can retain the number even if you lost your SIM!

Our company doesn’t have any affiliation with mobile service providers, so we are not responsible in any way, shape or form for any damage or loss of service that results from the use of those services.

In case your account is terminated, you agree that we can re-assign the PEN to another person. You also agree that our company will not be liable for any damages that arise from this. You are waiting for any potential claims, that is also valid even when pcworks.co.il was informed about potential damages.

Lastly, you agree and understand that our company will not be able to reactivate any SIM card that has already expired. We can’t create SIM cards for a lost number, we can’t move your number, and we are unable to transfer the phone numbers.

SUSPENDING YOUR USE OF THE ONLINE TOP-UP SERVICE

The top-up service usage can be suspended depending on a multitude of situations.

We can do that in those situations when we have to perform repairs or dedicated maintenance. However, if this happens, we will restore the service as fast as possible!

We will also do this in case we are told by an authority to stop or suspend the service.

We can stop or suspend the service in case the buyer is suspected of any fraudulent or harmful activities.

Also, there are situations where the use of a top up service can be unlawful or unusual. If this situation appears, we will suspend the account. The reason is simple; we want to protect you from any unwanted charges. In case this happens, we will contact you for verification. Either way, you will get back complete control over your account as soon as the verification process is over.

This top up credit can’t be exchanged, transferred or refunded. We can decline your application to top up the account. Moreover, our team is not responsible nor is it liable for any damage that can/may arise from using this service. Since you are using third party services or work with third party contractors, we are not responsible for any issues that may arise.

As a mobile number owner, you can amend, start up or cancel the top up services. You will be liable for the means you use the service and dedicated features such as scheduling. Once you start using our service, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions listed here. You are the one responsible for keeping your passwords and user name safe and away from prying eyes. esimisraeli.us will not be responsible for any service failures if they are caused by technical problems or any potential power problems!
